Raimon Land selects Savills for
Northpoint
Thailand Property Report

Luxury property developer Raimon Land has selected
Savills Thailand as property manager and leasing agent for
its Northpoint project in Pattaya.
Located along Wong-Amat beach in the north of the city,
Northpoint’s 54- and 46-storey towers provide 376 luxury
units, duplexes and penthouses ranging in size from 50 to
800 square metres, each with uninterrupted sea views.
The project presents exquisite indoor-outdoor living, with
a generous array of facilities including sky gardens, a
fitness centre, swimming pool and tiered sun decks.
Raimon Land´s Chief Executive Officer Hubert Viriot said
the selection represented his company´s vision for Pattaya
as a high-end, outdoor lifestyle destination.

Savills is responsible for the overall operations of
Northpoint, including setting up operational and
administrative guidelines, standard working procedures and
putting management and administrative policies into
practice. The company is also responsible for
interviewing, selecting and managing all operational and
senior staff on site. |
