First Talay Sawan villas open for viewing
March 2008 -
Property Report Thailand
The first luxury villa units in the Talay Sawan
(Paradise Cove) development are now completed and opened
for viewing. The project features 30 villas and is located
at the tiny fishing village of Bang Saray, around 15
kilometers from Pattaya.
“When Talay Sawan’s Bang Saray land was acquired, we were
determined to raise the benchmark for luxury living on the
Eastern Seaboard of Thailand,” said developer and managing
director, John Sheehan. “With one of the finest locations,
overlooking the ocean in the entire area, we planned to
provide our Talay Sawan villa owners with the ultimate in
luxury living at an affordable price.”
The 11 rai plot of beachfront land sits between the local
Buddhist Temple and the village park. Much of the land at
Bang Saray is zoned for residential use only and a large
percentage is within a ‘green zone’ and as such will not
be subject to any further development.
Units in the development are of traditional Thai design
with contemporary finishings and many are orientated to
afford full sea views. The project was designed by
Phuket’s Damask Design Ltd with Taksin Construction Co.,
Ltd taking care of the build.
Villas in the fully enclosed gated community have
interiors ranging from 300 to 700sq.m with ´floor to
ceiling´ their entire length. Each villa comes with a
jacuzzi and all bedrooms in all villa types feature
en-suite bathrooms.
Talay Sawan’s design and location reflects the latest
trends in Pattaya, with privacy, luxury and on-site
facilities becoming and increasingly sought-after
commodity in what is now one of Thailand’s most notable
re-inveted destinations. |
