Exotiq Real Estate is Asia's most progressive property consultancy. We only focus on property located in highly attractive and desirable holiday destinations.

By December 2007 we will be operating eleven offices in six different destinations.

In Bali we are the largest real estate specialist with offices in Lovina, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Seminyak & Ubud. We also provide villa management and marketing from our Exotiq Villa Services office in Legian.

During the second quarter of 2007 we open a new Exotiq office in Lombok, which is a 20 minute flight east of Bali.

2007 will also see a major expansion of Exotiq Real Estate into the Kingdom of Thailand. Our existing office in Laguna Phuket will be moving to a brand new location in the Bang Tao area. We will be open in the southern resort of Pattaya in April and the holiday island of Koh Samui in May. To complete the network in Thailand we shall be operating up in the northern resort of Chiang Mai in August.

Further announcements will be made in 2007 regarding our arrival in several Malaysian destinations.
